Refunds and Returns

Personalise This has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense. Alternatively, you may arrange for us to collect the goods from you, but a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.

Please note that when returning goods this is done under the customers liability.

Refunds

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practise, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product .

To return an item:

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning it to us unlessit is clear that we are not responsible for any defect.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
