Trophy buildings- A status symbol and historic significance.

From times immemorial, trophy buildings have been important landmark properties, well known by the public and generally with remarkable architectural designs made from different rare expensive materials. These trophy buildings undoubtedly are more desirable than even class ‘A’ buildings. Although they are supposed to be getting time to time renovations, these buildings have the privilege of standing tall since thousands of years. Buildings such as The Rockefeller Center in New York, which is a famous complex built by the Rockefeller family since 1939, is a perfectly suitable example for trophy buildings. In places like London, Paris, New York and Rome, the value- retaining qualities of trophy buildings have caught great attention of the multi millionaire property investors. Many economists have recommended that these buildings could prove to be resilient investments in future, such as the GM building and 666 Fifth Avenue.
A trophy building basically plays the role of being a status symbol with distinctive designs and features. It has wide range of public appeal with the very best construction techniques and finishing touch. These buildings have great recognition, which creates a benchmark about the prestigious address that they belong to. A few other examples are The Willis tower (or commonly referred to as Sears towers) in Chicago which is a 108-story skyscraper surpassing the World Trade Centre which was also the tallest building in the United States, the Transamerica tower which is one of the most iconic and tallest skyscrapers in San Francisco designed by architect William Pereira; and the Bank of America in San Francisco. Italian trophy buildings too have enraptured the viewers with its beautiful charm and incredible architecture. One of which is the Centrale Mazzoni, the main railway station of Messina in Sicily, is considered as one of the most important stations of this region and also a trophy ancient building.
Since the 9/11, the cravings to reside in trophy buildings have decreased rapidly as many of the tenants believe that these buildings are potential targets. It has created the illusion that these real estate properties attract terrorists and risk the lives of people residing in that area, in the quest of fulfilling their demands. Henceforth, trophy buildings have the status symbol in the society, but along with that they also carry the required amount of risks from foreign sources of disturbance.
The Chrysler building in New York and the John Hancock tower in Boston, had both been considered as trophy buildings or assets in terms of property investors, but eventually they also faced hurdles in terms of these buildings remaining a trophy asset in the future or not. By future it not only means some years but decades relating to the investment plan of these assets. Trophy architecture in many countries worldwide have gained tremendous popularity since the Baroque era in the 17th and 18th centuries. The use of trophies as architectural designs was popular since ages, and this can be seen in the ancient as well as modern trophy buildings across countries.

Our Website Marketing

As of 2012 Trade Price Trophies has been looking to gain a foothold in the international trophy trading market place. We approached Endurance Seo at the beginning of the year to help get our business in front of more international online users. Companies who look to buy trophies in bulk, and are looking for suppliers like us to supply them. Through very effective Search Engine Optimisation, and a lot of very specific media buying and promotional strategies, we are now taking orders from all four corners of the globe. The service came with full support and even the CEO, was always personally on hand to run through what was happening that month, and answer any queries we had in full. We were very apprehensive as a company, to enter the world of online marketing. The fact is, that for a business to survive nowadays, you have to gain a strong online presence in very competitive circumstances. I agreed to write this review/blog promotion, because we found that Endurance Seo were very good at putting our minds at ease, and actually did everything they said they would....and more. We are so happy to be competing with much larger companies on the international stage, and this is also doing wonders for our sales right here in the UK. We will be recommending Endurance Seo to other businesses and people we know, with the knowledge that it will be a solid recommendation, and that we will be doing another company a good service. You can contact the team by clicking through either of these links www.seoderby.net or www.seohertfordshire.org .With offices around the UK they are more than capable of dealing with any part of the country. We whole heartedly recommend their services and are eternally grateful for the increase in business that we are now receiving thanks to their online marketing exploits. 5 STARS.

Premier League 2012 - 2013

Who will be crowned Premier League Champions in May 2013? The transfer market has hardly gone into overdrive for the coming season, with Manchester City looking to maybe bring in new players right at the close of the tansfer window. Are they confident of winning the important Football Trophies this season with a team that only just managed to win the premier league last season?
Chelsea have made some great signings, Oscar I tip to be a real handful this seaon.
Manchester United seem to be treading water, like their City rivals. Could complacency cost the city of Manchester the dominance it craves.
Arsenal seem to always leave it to the last minute to sort out their players who are longing to leave. If Van Persie does go, could Arsne Wenger not have made this happen in time to really cement his strike force before the season?
Whatever happens I predict Chelsea to be champions, with a poor European showing from all Premier League clubs. Chelsea were lucky last season, with all other premier league teams failing to turn up for the Champions League. I don't think such luck will present itself for English teams this season, and either Real Madrid, or Barcelona taking the Chmpions league Trophy

Olympic Medals For Team GB

Winning lots of Medals is a tough task for any nation in the Olympics. the fact that Team GB won a lot, (29) is testament to great Olympians, and also great traing and organisation. There are many shouting that the UK is the host so it is expected to do well; but this well?
There should be an amazing response from youngsters looking to emulate the heroes they have seen being successful on the television. Instead of preening and diving footballers, there are some real atheletes who have as much integrity as they do talent. Short of a few odd boxing decisions, ( some that have benefited the home team I might add), all medals are won on merit, with the best on the day earning their golds.
Let us hope that there is improvement even on this olympics achievement. Why should we all accept that the Chinese and Americans should sit on top of the table throughout the whole competition. There is enough variety in sports in the Olympics to really target areas that are deemed to be possible sports that can be dominated to make sure that the medal counts get higher with each Olympics. Giving school children some real sports heroes on a consistant basis can do no harm either.
